What would a trade for futures look like if we move Nylander? Would Colorado be open to moving Byram for him? What about Dobson? Cal Foote? Drysdale if he falls a bit in the draft?

I know I have been vocal about not wanting AP in the sense that we should get more depth on the right side. I would still be happy if he did sign. If trading Nylander got us a Byram, Dobson or Foote who could be our #4D, that would solidify our right side and they would be on their ELC.

Yup.
Forget the king.

Trade for Manson, Pesce, or Larson then sign Bogosian or Schenn. This gives the Leafs a solid top four, good depth and some increased physicality.

Then try for Jarry, Demko or Georgiev to have a goalie to progress with the rest of the team.

A #3 centerman that is physical would help.

Now it is time that people just let this team go through the evolution to grow into a winner.
